LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Shriver
-Kody Michael Shriver, 33; third-offense domestic violence; arrested June 9 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 3; preliminary hearing: July 23; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Marquez
-Christopher Michael Marquez, 37; three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, escaping while awaiting trial, and larceny less than $200; arrested July 6 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 7; preliminary hearing: July 23; bail: not listed.
Dancz
-Gregory Darion Dancz, 33; two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested July 5 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 7; preliminary hearing: July 23; bail: $500/10 percent.
Andrews-Taylor
-Lucas Paul Andrews-Taylor, 30; possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine/ecstasy; arrested July 6 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 7; preliminary hearing: July 23; bail: not listed.
Young
-Devonta Gene Young, 30; possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine/ecstasy; arrested July 9 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 9; preliminary hearing: July 30; bail: not listed.
Misdemeanors
-Natalie Lynne Sawdey, 20; trespassing; arrested July 6 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 7; pleaded guilty.
-William Joseph Bradley, 75; failure to provide information or render aid after an accident; charged Jan. 5 by Michigan State Police; arraigned July 9; pleaded guilty.
