The Mason County District Library will host “Summerween” on Monday, June 23 at the Ludington library and Wednesday, June 25 at the Scottville library. Both events will take place from 1 to 2 p.m. The event will begin with a “slightly spooky” story and then crafts and treats following trick-or-treating around the buildings. There may be a costume parade outside, weather depending.
All library programs are free. Children under the age of 8 must be supervised by an adult.
The Ludington library is located at 217 E. Ludington Ave. in Ludington and the Scottville library is located at 204 E. State St. in Scottville.
