Obituary: William Kenschaft III, 66, of Scottville.

William Gustav Kenschaft III, 66, of Scottville, formerly of Seattle, Washington, passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2022.

“Bronco Bill” was born on July 13, 1956 in Seattle, the son of William and Betty Kenschaft. Bill attended Stoundsburg High School and Oklahoma Horseshoeing School. He enlisted in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and worked in various trades including carpentry, mowing lawns, and truck driving. 

Bill was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He loved his time outdoors and could often be found fishing, attending rodeos, working with horses, and other adventures. Bill enjoyed watching western movies and making leather-like tandy leather. 

Bill is survived by his children, William Kenschaft, Rebecca Ramirez, Shana Robinson, and Heidi Vass; sisters, Mary Kenschaft and Debra Kenny; and his girlfriend, Penny Sanauskas.

Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Witmore; father, William Kenschaft II; and his brother, Howard Kenschaft.
