Junior Varsity Head Football Coach
Hart Public Schools
Qualifications:
- Previous football coaching experience preferred
- Desire to build the program from the youth to High School
- Ability to connect with High School students
- Demonstrated leadership experience and skills
- Organization and communication skills
- Represent Hart Athletics in the community
- Long-term commitment
- Cooperate with other sports offered by Hart Public Schools and encourage multi-sport participation
- Be able to relate to students-athletes while building relationships
- Help continue building a culture of success
- Help develop and implement an off-season program
Requirements:
- First Aid Card (CPR and AED trained)
- Completion of all School District paperwork
Criminal Records Check: By law, the selected applicant is required to complete a criminal records check. This will be at the prospective employee’s expense and kept on file at the Central Business Office.
Location: Hart High School
Estimated Starting Date: ASAP
Reports to: Athletic Director
Salary: Salary in keeping with the salary schedule as negotiated with the Hart Board of Education
