LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Moore

– Damion Michael Moore, 19, of 267 N. Jackpine Rd., Branch Township, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of second-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). Preliminary exam: Aug. 29 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/10 percent.

– Darcie Ann Young, 45, of 1700 Robins Rd., Muskegon, was arrested by MSP for a felony of controlled substance possession and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary exam: Aug. 29 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/10 percent.

– Kayle Nicole Young, 23, of 1908 Wood St., Muskegon, was arrested by MSP for controlled substance possession, cocaine possession and marijuana possession. Preliminary exam: Aug. 29 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/10 percent.

Fegely

– Valentina Fegely, 50, no address listed, was arrested by MSP for a felony of meth/ecstasy possession. Preliminary exam: Aug. 29 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/10 percent.

Hunter

– Olivia Danielle Hunter, 25, of 606 N. Delia St., Ludington, was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of controlled substance possession. Preliminary exam: Aug. 29 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

Misdemeanors

– Derreck James Biskner, 25, of 1421 Broadway, Bay City, Michigan; Scottville Police Department (SPD); driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Aug. 27 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Jarod Tyler Smith, 17, of 4716 N. Beaune Rd., Hamlin Township; MCSO; DWLS. Bail: $1,500/personal recognizance.

– John Daniel Healy, 38, of 232 N. Amber Rd., Amber Township; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); operating an ORV under the influence of liquor. Pretrial: Aug. 27 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Trevor John McManus, 31, of 2740 W. Kistler Rd., Riverton Township; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 27 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– John William McManus, 56, of 2740 W. Kistler Rd., Riverton Township; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Benjamin Daniel Letts, 40, of 3643 James Rd., Baldwin; Ludington Police Department (LPD); domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 20 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Brian Keith Petro, 33, of 1101 S. Madison St., Ludington; LPD; larceny less than $200, no operator’s license and no insurance. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.
