LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced Tuesday, Sept. 29, in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
George
Geoffrey Allen George, 43, pleaded guilty July 17 to two counts of using a computer to commit a crime, accosting a child for immoral purposes and child sexually abusive activity and was sentenced Sept. 29 to 30 months to to 20 years in prison with credit for five days served in jail and $402 in fines and costs.
Holmes
Anthony Santenio Holmes, 37, was found guilty by a jury July 8 of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 383 days served in jail; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs. In a second file, Holmes pleaded no contest Aug. 21 to possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and second-offense habitual offender and was sentenced Sept. 29 to a concurrent term of one year in jail with credit for 384 days served in jail; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
Buck
Garrett Scot Buck, 34, was found guilty by a jury of first-degree home invasion and fourth-offense habitual offender July 23 and was sentenced Sept. 29 to 30 months to 20 years in prison with credit for 190 days served in jail and $198 in fines and costs. In a second file, Buck is charged with assaulting a prison/jail employee and fourth-offense habitual offender. A jury trial in that case is scheduled for Nov. 4.
Andrews-Taylor
Lucas Paul Andrews-Taylor, 31, pleaded guilty July 21 to possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic, two counts of felony firearms, possession of weapons/ammunition by a felon and fourth-offense habitual offender and was sentenced Sept. 29 to three concurrent terms 18 months to 20 years in prison with credit for 167 days served in jail and two concurrent terms of two years in prison with credit for 167 days served in jail and $470 in fines and costs. Charges of possession of weapons/ammunition by a felon, felony firearm and carrying a concealed weapon were dismissed. Andrews-Taylor was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Sept. 29 to a concurrent term of two to three years in prison with credit for 201 days served. Probation arose from a Feb. 17, 2026 conviction of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession.
Michels
Nicholas Lee-Scott Michels, 32, pleaded guilty July 21 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and second-offense habitual offender and was sentenced Sept. 29 to five months in jail with credit for two days served; three years probation; and $598 in fines and costs. One count of possession of weapons/ammunition by a felon was dismissed.
Parrinello
Jeniffer Jill Parrinello, 46, pleaded guilty July 21 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and second-offense habitual offender and was sentenced Sept. 29 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; and $198 in fines and costs. One count of possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic was dismissed.
Harris
Destiny Marie Harris, pleaded guilty June 30 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession, possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and fourth-degree child abuse and was sentenced Sept. 29 to 57 days in jail with credit for 57 days served; three years probation; and $316 in fines and costs. In a second file, Harris pleaded guilty June 30 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced Sept. 29 to a concurrent term of 57 days in jail with credit for 57 days served and $598 in fines and costs.
