SHELBY — Shelby State Bank recently announced several personnel changes, including new positions for Clarissa Moon, Jessica Younts and Amy Noonan.
Clarissa Moon
Moon transitioned from branch officer at the bank’s Montague office to branch officer in Shelby.
In her new role, Moon will continue working with customers and overseeing branch operations. She is also involved in volunteer efforts and community organizations.
Jessica Younts
Younts was named Montague branch manager. She joined Shelby State Bank with more than 10 years of banking experience, including employee development, team coaching and mentoring, customer service and branch management.
As branch manager, Younts will oversee operations at the Montague office and work with its employees and customers.
Amy Noonan
Noonan was promoted to consumer loan officer. She previously worked as a loan operations specialist for Shelby State Bank and has a background in lending and loan operations.

Shelby State Bank was established in 1931 and provides consumer and business banking services in west Michigan.
