LUDINGTON — A 36-year-old Ludington man was arrested early Friday morning by the Ludington Police Department on multiple charges following a reported disturbance and traffic violations.
The man was contacted at 3:47 a.m. Friday, July 10, in the area of Loomis and Delia streets after officers responded to a reported disturbance in the 300 block of West Ludington Avenue. He was arrested on charges of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL), driving while license restricted and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail without incident.

• Wednesday, July 8, 10:57 a.m., Mason County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to an alarm activation in Amber Township.
• Wednesday, July 8, 11:20 a.m., Ludington police arrested a 56-year-old Ludington man for trespassing following a complaint in the 900 block of East Tinkham Avenue. He was issued an appearance citation and released pending an appearance in 79th District Court.
• Wednesday, July 8, 3:34 p.m., Mason County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a one-vehicle rollover crash on the US 31 on-ramp from Pere Marquette Highway in Pere Marquette Township. No injuries were reported.
