Haynes
Donquez Lamon Haynes, 41, delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine. Offense date: June 21, 2026. Agency: Ludington Police Department (LPD). Bail: $10,000/10 percent. In a second file, Haynes is charged with another count of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine. Offense date: Jan. 26, 2026. Agency: State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT). Bail: $50,000/cash/surety. Preliminary exam: July 15 at 1 p.m.

Krul
Tiffany Marie Krul, 53, delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine. Offense date: May 27, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $5,000/surety. Preliminary exam: July 15 at 1 p.m.

Reynolds
Bryana Jaqueline Reynolds, 29, delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine. Offense date: June 21, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $500/10 percent. Preliminary exam: July 15 at 1 p.m.

Wilber
Jacob Matthew Wilber, 33, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Offense date: June 19, 2026. Agency: Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO). Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR). Preliminary exam: July 15 at 1 p.m.

Wassenaar
Joshua Dillon Wassenaar, 39, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and first-degree retail fraud. Offense date: Dec. 31, 2025. Agency: MSP. Court date and bail information not listed.

Garner
Jeffery Alan Garner, 41, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession, third-degree fleeing police and carrying a concealed weapon. Offense date: June 22, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety. Preliminary exam: July 15 at 1 p.m.

Andrew
