
West Shore Community College is seeking an experienced nursing professional to serve as Allied Health and LPN Apprenticeship Program Coordinator.
This position provides leadership and coordination for Allied Health and LPN Apprenticeship programs, working closely with students, faculty, healthcare employers, clinical partners and workforce organizations to support program operations, student success, compliance, accreditation, clinical partnerships, recruitment and workforce development initiatives.
Applicants must possess a master’s degree in nursing, an unencumbered Michigan RN license and a minimum of five years of professional nursing or healthcare experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational, communication and relationship-building skills. Experience with program coordination, clinical education, workforce development or healthcare partnerships is preferred.
West Shore Community College offers an excellent fringe benefit package, including health, dental and vision insurance. Salary range is $60,174 to $72,272, depending on education and experience.
