The following is Mason County Sheriff’s Office activity Tuesday, May 26, 2026:
- 12:19 a.m., a 35-year-old Ludington woman turned herself in at the sheriff’s office on an outstanding misdemeanor assault warrant issued by the Ludington Police Department, City of Ludington. She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- 3:40 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 north of Dewey Road, Sherman Township.
- 7:45 a.m., damaged property, 700 block of South Main Street, City of Scottville. A lift station lid lock was reported broken.
- 2:55 p.m., a 35-year-old Pentwater woman was arrested for domestic assault following a 911 call reporting an assault, 6300 block of South Stiles Road, Riverton Township. She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
