CUSTER — A cornhole tournament fundraiser aimed at helping light the MCE School ball field is scheduled for Saturday, June 20, at St. Mary’s Field.
The event begins at 1 p.m. and will feature two tournaments under the theme “Two tournaments, one bright idea.”
The first tournament is a Bring Your Own Partner competition with a $40 entry fee per team. Organizers said bags will begin flying promptly at 1 p.m.
A second blind draw tournament will follow immediately after the first event. The blind draw costs $5 per person, with partners selected at random.
Trophies will be awarded to the top three teams.
The fundraiser will also include 50/50 drawings, food and drinks for sale and BYOB options. Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs.
