EDEN TOWNSHIP — Fire destroyed a pole barn in the 600 block of East Wilson Road, between Scottville and Darr roads, Wednesday afternoon. Three fire departments were dispatched the fire at 12:29 p.m. Upon arrival, the firefighters found the structure fully engulfed in flames. Mason County Rural Fire Authority units included Scottville, Riverton, and Custer. Other emergency services responded included Mason County Sheriff’s Office and Life EMS ambulance. There were no injuries.
