SHELBY — Ludington’s girls soccer team remained unbeaten in conference play Monday with a 4-0 win over Shelby.
The Orioles improved to 8-5-1 overall and 6-0 in the conference.
Hestyn Stowe led Ludington with three goals, while Eloise Kwietniewski added one. Assists were credited to Eva Hatch, Claire Kieth and Cambria Britton.
Britton earned the shutout in goal, making three saves. Ludington finished with 13 shots on goal.
The Orioles’ defense — Norah Kiessel, Alex Bousson, Kaia Jones, Leeahna Veeneman and Delaney Jeruzal — limited Shelby to four total shots.
Ludington is scheduled to play Orchard View on Wednesday.
Ludington coach Kris Anderson said the team continues to build momentum as the season progresses.
