LUDINGTON — The Orioles hosted Coopersville, Sparta and Spring Lake in their final home quad of the season Saturday, finishing in first place with 19 points.
Ludington led the field ahead of Spring Lake with 15 points, Coopersville with 13 and Sparta with one. The win adds to the Orioles’ record as they continue to build momentum heading into regional competition.
“Today was a big day as these were all regional opponents,” coach Rob Killips said. “I thought we had a very good day and set ourselves up for an exciting regional in a couple of weeks.”
Ludington will next face Muskegon Mona Shores on Tuesday.
