51st Circuit Court sentences, published April 21, 2026

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Weber

Nickolaus Charles Weber, 31, pleaded guilty Feb. 17, 2026 to third-degree fleeing a police officer, assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and fourth-degree fleeing a police officer and was sentenced April 14, 2026 to nine months in jail with credit for 181 days served; three years probation; and $734 in fines and costs. Misdemeanor charges of operating without a license and unlawful license plate were dismissed.

Hawkins

Dasha Lynn Hawkins, 41, pleaded guilty Oct 8, 2024 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced April 14, 2026 to one year in jail with credit for 138 days served and $498 in fines and costs. Her sentence runs concurrently to another criminal case, according to her court file.

Anthony

Ryan Joseph Anthony, 39, pleaded guilty Jan. 13, 2026 to delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and was sentenced April 14, 2026 to one year in jail with credit for three days served; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs, which have been paid, according to court records.
