Obituary: Carol Lynn Hawk, 60, of Hillsdale, formerly of Ludington

Carol was born March 2,1966 in Aardvark, Oklahoma to Carl and Carol (Kolosi) Griffin.

Carol graduated from Mason County Central High School. Carol loved her family and friends above all else.  She was always the first to help someone in need. Carol loved to be outside and really enjoyed gardening.

Carol is survived by long time partner of 21 years, Mitchell Bolenbaugh;  brother Carl Griffin II; four children, Terry (Brianna) Nehm, Candice OhMart, Mary (Sean) Engelbrecht, and Barbara(Webster) Walker; four stepchildren, Austin (Jade) Bolenbaugh, Marissa Bolenbaugh, Angel Iveson, and Alayna Moore; as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Carol was proceeded in death by her brother John Griffin, sister Mary Gonzalez, father Carl Griffin I, and mother Carol Griffin.
