LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Marquez
– Christopher Michael Marquez, 38, pleaded guilty Jan. 13 to malicious destruction of a building $1,000-$20,000 and larceny in a building and was sentenced Feb. 24 to to 221 days in jail with credit for 221 days served; two years probation; $1,350 in restitution; and $856 in fines and costs.
Tate
– Trayce Robert Tate, 21, pleaded guilty Jan. 13 to fleeing and eluding police and second-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Feb. 24 to 225 days in jail with credit for 181 days served; three years probation; and $908 in fines and costs. Charges of third-offense operating while intoxicated, malicious destruction of trees, shrubs, crops, grass, turf, soil and driving while license suspended were dismissed.
Southwick
– Tymara Kae Southwick, 35, pleaded guilty Jan. 13 to two counts of failure to pay child support and was sentenced Feb. 24 to four months in jail with credit for 135 days served; three years probation; $4,025 in restitution; and $466 in fines and costs.
