Dixie Bogvad
Dixie Lee Bogvad, 88, of Ludington, passed away on Thursday January 29, 2026.
She graduated from Scottville High School. On December 12, 1953, Dixie married Dale A. Bogvad and they shared 44 years together before Dale’s passing in 1997.
Dixie was a cherished member of the First Methodist Church of Scottville.
She is survived by her daughters Doreen (John Jr.) Rae and Deborah Goerbig; son Dale A. Bogvad Jr.; brother Gordon Ledger; and many grandkids and great grandkids.
In addition to her husband, Dale, Dixie was preceded in death by many sisters.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Elara Caring Hospice.
