- 5:17 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), a 22-year-old Custer man was cited for driving while license suspended following a traffic stop, Ordway and Eden Lake roads, Eden Township.
- 5:47 p.m., (MCSO), gas drive-off, $20.01 in fuel was stolen, Express Mart, West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.
- 6:43 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Fountain Road west of Victory Corners Road, Victory Township.
- 7:44 p.m., (MCSO), stolen license plate, registration number 6MCH05, Walmart parking lot, West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.
- 9:47 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 west of Custer Road, Custer Township.
Saturday, Jan. 10, 2026:
- 7:19 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 freeway south of the Conrad Road overpass, Pere Marquette Township.
- 10:56 p.m., (MCSO), vehicle slide-off, no damage or injury, Scottville and Chauvez roads, Custer Township.
- 12:34 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle rollover crash, no injury, Hansen Road near Quarterline Road, Amber Township.
- 2:45 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, Jebavy Drive and Angling Road, Hamlin Township.
- 3:56 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 west of Tuttle Road, Custer Township.
- 5:05 p.m., (MCSO), vehicle slide-off, no damage or injury, US 31 freeway south of the Chauvez Road overpass, Pere Marquette Township.
- 7:12 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Lincoln and Dewey roads, Hamlin Township.
Sunday, Jan. 11, 2026:
- 9:06 a.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, Lakeshore Drive north of Rohrmoser Road, Pere Marquette Township.
- 12:13 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, with injuries, Stiles and Fisher roads, Victory Township. Two people were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
- 11:43 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 29-year-old Fremont man was contacted in the 200 block of South James Street in reference to a trespassing complaint. He had been given trespass warnings over the weekend from various business establishments, and officers observed him re-entering one of the establishments involved. He was arrested and transported to the Mason County Jail without incident.
