2026 Annual Contract

The City of Ludington will be accepting bids for the following 2026 annual contract:

• Restroom Cleaning

Bids will be accepted until Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 2 p.m. Please submit bid in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the service contract you are bidding on and turn in to the City Clerk’s office, Municipal Building, 400 S. Harrison St. Ludington, MI 49431. Specifications for the bid project are available by email: ccaithamer@ci.ludington.mi.us or pick up a copy at the City of Ludington DPW office; 975 First St. Ludington, MI 49431. Viewings of proposed cleaning locations are available upon request please call the DPW office at 231-843-2873.
