– Anthony Ward Dwyer, 40, carrying a concealed weapon. Offense date: Nov. 9, 2025. Agency: Ludington Police Department. Bail: $5,000/personal. Probable cause conference: Dec. 17 at 1 p.m.

– Robert Michael Gauthier, 32, assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Offense date: Nov. 23, 2025. Agency: Mason County Sheriff’s Office. Bail: $250/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Dec. 10 at 1:30 p.m.
