BRANCH TOWNSHIP — A 42-year-old Manistee woman was arrested on an outstanding Manistee County criminal bench warrant following an investigation into a 911 hang-up call Monday, Nov. 24, shortly after 3 a.m. in the 6600 block of East Wever Road, said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.
“During the arrest, suspected meth was found on the female. Additional charges are likely stemming from the discovery of the meth,” Sheriff Cole said.
She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

- 12:30 a.m., (Michigan State Police), a 49-year-old Manistee man was arrested on a fugitive warrant and a charge of driving while license suspended, US 31 and Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
Monday, Nov. 24, 2025:
- 5:55 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injury, Bradshaw Road west of Scottville Road, Riverton Township.
- 10:01 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 38-year-old Ludington man arrested on an outstanding warrant, 300 block of South Harrison Street, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

- 5:20 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Jagger Road east of Lincoln Road, Hamlin Township.
