Kirk Delbert Williamson, 83 of Scottville, passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones.

Born June 11, 1942 in Lansing, Kirk was the son of Delbert James and Helen Ruby (Peterson) Williamson. He graduated from Ludington High School, with the class of 1960. Kirk married Karen Land, and they had two children together: Kirk and Kelley.

He retired in 2023 from Northern Classic Auto Sales which he had owned since 1990.

Kirk was a member of the Danish Brotherhood, Ludington Boat Club, and Ludington Yacht Club.

He was known for his entrepreneurial spirit, often buying and selling a variety of items. Kirk had a passion for woodworking, dedicating many hours to crafting and creating. Additionally, he had a deep appreciation for automobiles, both classic and modern. His hobbies brought joy not only to him but also to those who had the pleasure of seeing his projects and collections.

Kirk is survived by his children Kirk D. Williamson Jr. and Kelley A. Williamson; grandchildren Ashley L. (Rory) Coplin, Damon A. Williamson, and Madison A. Fuller; great-grandchildren Rowan Coplin and Asher Williamson; sister Sylvia (Randy) Butcher; and several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Kirk was preceded in death by his parents Delbert and Helen Williamson.

A Celebration of Life for Kirk will be held Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025, at the Danish Brotherhood from noon to 2 p.m.
