LUDINGTON — The Chamber Alliance of Mason County is now accepting applications for the next cohort of Leadership Mason County, a six-month professional development program launching in January 2026. This initiative is designed to empower local professionals with the knowledge, skills, and connections to lead effectively in both their workplaces and the broader community.
Professionals with a passion for growing their career and becoming actively engaged in the community can sign up now on the Chamber Alliance website. Applications will be accepted until November 21, 2025.
“Leadership Mason County provides a comprehensive opportunity for both emerging and experienced leaders to strengthen their leadership skills while gaining a deeper understanding of the current trends, challenges, and opportunities facing our community,” said Brandy Miller, president/CEO of the Chamber Alliance. “We encourage local businesses and organizations to nominate team members who would benefit from this impactful program and partner with us in fostering leadership development over the coming months.”
Goals of the program include:
- Developing personal leadership skills to maximize contributions to employers, organizations, and the community.
- Allowing potential leaders to meet present leaders, associate in a meaningful way with their peers, and become motivated to greater involvement.
- Creating an ongoing forum for participants to gather and exchange ideas.
Participants must be able to commit to attending six interactive, all-day training sessions. They will visit various locations throughout the county, including local manufacturing facilities, historical sites, and educational settings. Monthly deep dives into key community issues, in addition to effective communication in the workplace.
