SHERIDAN TOWNSHIP — A 33-year-old Fountain woman was seriously injured after she was struck by a side-by-side while walking near the intersection of Morse and Decker roads Sunday, Sept. 14, at 7:35 p.m., said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

Friday, Sept. 12, 2025:
- 6:42 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Main Street south of Broadway Avenue, City of Scottville.
- 6:54 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Jagger Road west of Wooded Lake Road, Hamlin Township.
- 1:25 p.m., (MCSO), larceny of a fishing net, Indian Bridge, Custer Township. The complainant reported the theft of a fishing net that he had accidentally left roadside. When he returned, the net was gone.
- 5:05 p.m., (MCSO), breaking and entering, 11000 block of North Campbell Road, Meade Township. The complainant reported the theft of hand tools and a palm sander.
- 8:16 p.m., (MCSO), larceny, 6600 block of South Lakeshore Drive, Summit Township.
- 10:39 p.m., (LPD), warrant arrest, 900 block of East Tinkham Avenue, City of Ludington. A 35-year-old Saginaw man was arrested on two outstanding statewide warrants — a parole absconder warrant and a felony warrant for assault.
Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025:
- 5:37 a.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, City of Scottville.
- 1:39 p.m., (MCSO), larceny, 1900 block of West Hoague Road, Grant Township. The complainant reported the theft of a generator and a dryer from an outbuilding.
Sunday, Sept. 14, 2025:
- Midnight, (MCSO), a 38-year-old Wyoming, Mich. man was arrested for third-offense operating while intoxicated and driving while license revoked following a traffic stop, US 10 and Stiles Road, Amber Township. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- 10:32 p.m., (LPD), a 33-year-old Manistee man was arrested on a bench warrant issued in Lake County, 100 block of East Melendy Street, City of Ludington. He was turned over to the Lake County Sheriff’s Department to be lodged in Lake County.
