51st Circuit Court sentences, published Sept. 8, 2025

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Hannah

– Drake David Hannah, 24, pleaded guilty June 17 to controlled substance possession — cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and was sentenced Sept. 2 to 180 days in jail with credit for 170 days served; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs.

Soltow

– Ted Robert Soltow, 66, pleaded guilty June 24 to aggravated stalking and was sentenced Sept. 2 to 19 days in jail with credit for 19 days served; five years probation; and $658 in fines and costs.

Ruddy

– Damien Thomas Ruddy, 52, pleaded guilty June 24 to unlawful use of a motor vehicle and was sentenced Sept. 2 to 120 days in jail with credit for 120 days served; two years probation; and $198 in fines and costs. One count of larceny in a building was dismissed.

Fleet

– Amanda Michelle Fleet, 33, pleaded guilty June 10 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced Sept. 2 to five days in jail with credit for five days served; two years probation; and $658 in fines and costs.

Walwood

– Joseph William Walwood, 57, pleaded guilty June 24 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Sept. 2 to 130 days in jail with credit for two days served; three years probation; and $1,073 in fines and costs. Charges of operating without insurance, driving while license suspended and unlawful license plate were dismissed. 

Feliczak

– Bruce James Feliczak, 75, pleaded no contest June 24 to two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and received a delayed sentence Sept. 2 of two days in jail with credit for two days served; 11 months probation; and $426 in fines and costs. “No contact with the victims or their families,” court records state. “If violations (occur) during the 11-month delay, the court waives sentencing upon (the probation) agent’s case report.” 

Dittmer

– Michael Alan Dittmer, 33, pleaded guilty June 24 to carrying a concealed weapon and received a delayed sentence Sept. 2 of two days in jail with credit for two days served; 11 months probation; and $458 in fines and costs. A delayed sentence hearing is set for July 28, 2026.
