- 10:48 a.m., (MCSO), a 41-year-old Manistee man received minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash, US 31 south of Mavis Road, Sherman Township.
- 12:10 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 freeway north of Oceana Drive, Summit Township.
- 1:02 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Brye Road north of US 10, Amber Township.
- 3:21 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 west of Brye Road, Branch Township.
- 3:21 p.m., (MCSO), a 26-year-old Azusa, California man was cited for open intoxicants following a traffic stop, US 31 freeway and Chauvez Road, Pere Marquette Township.
- 8:31 p.m., (MCSO), a 41-year-old Fruitport man was arrested on an outstanding Manistee County failure to appear bench warrant following a motorist assist involving a load of wood that had reportedly fallen off a truck, US 31 freeway, Summit Township.
- 8:53 p.m., (MCSO), a 33-year-old Bryon Center woman was arrested for domestic violence following a 911 call reporting an assault, 7200 block of South Harbor Drive, Summit Township.
- 10:25 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Pere Marquette Highway south of Chauvez Road, Pere Marquette Township.
- 11:18 p.m., (MCSO), car/raccoon crash, no injury, US 31 freeway north of the Pere Marquette Highway exit,Pere Marquette Township.
- 11:40 p.m., (MCSO), a 34-year-old Ludington man was arrested for operating while intoxicated and possession of a firearm while intoxicated following a traffic stop, Amber Road and First Street, Amber Township. During the stop, a loaded firearm was recovered in the vehicle.
Saturday, Aug. 2, 2025:
- 2:42 a.m., (MCSO), a 53-year-old Hart man was arrested for operating while intoxicated following a traffic stop, Washington and Darr roads, Eden Township.
- 3:34 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Main Street and Broadway Avenue, City of Scottville.
- 3:44 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, minor injury, US 10 east of Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
- 4 p.m., (Michigan State Police), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 near the Comfort Inn, Pere Marquette Township.
- 4:54 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 72-year-old Ludington man was arrested for a bond violation following a
call for a wellbeing check near Washington Avenue and Fourth Street, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason
County Jail.
Sunday, Aug. 3, 2025:
- 1:04 a.m., (MCSO), a 37-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated following a traffic stop, Danaher and Emily streets, City of Ludington,
- 9:25 a.m., (MCSO), larceny of a chainsaw and two red gas cans, 400 block of East Hoague Road, Free Soil Township.
- 10:53 a.m., (MCSO), a 44-year-old Mason County woman was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant issued in Mason County, Whalen Lake area of the National Forest, Branch Township.
- 10:57 a.m., (MSP), a 44-year-old Branch woman was arrested on a warrant near the Wayland Lake Campground, Branch Township. She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- 1:11 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 east of Brye Road, Amber Township.
- 1:41 p.m., (LPD), a 44-year-old Ludington man was arrested for a probation violation following a call for a wellbeing check at Waterfront Park, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- 4:30 p.m., (MSP), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 near Johnson Road, Amber Township.
