79th District Court felony arraignments, published Oct. 23, 2026

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned on felony charges in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Victor Clarence Adamczak, year of birth 1973*, felony firearm and receiving and concealing firearms. Offense date: March 30, 2025. Bail: $5,000. Preliminary exam: Nov. 4 at 1 p.m.

Keif Rahkeen Shepard, year of birth 2007, first-degree home invasion and unlawful driving away of an automobile/car theft. Offense date: Sept. 20, 2026. Bail: $50,000. The case was bound over to 51st Circuit Court, and a pretrial is set for Dec. 4 at 11:50 a.m.

Thomas Ray Coffman, year of birth 2007, assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Offense date: Oct. 9, 2026. Bail: $2,500/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Nov. 4 at 1 p.m.

Justin Lee Hambright, year of birth 1988, assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Offense date: Oct. 13, 2026. Bail: $5,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Nov. 4 at 1 p.m.

Shawn Ryan Hubbard, year of birth 1994, malicious destruction of property $1,000-$20,000. Offense date: Sept. 29, 2026. Bail: $10,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Nov. 4 at 1 p.m.

Ashley Nicole Monroe, year of birth 1997, first-degree home invasion. Offense date: Oct. 16, 2026. Bail: $5,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Nov. 4 at 1 p.m.

Noah Eugene Oakes, year of birth 2003, malicious destruction of property $1,000-$20,000. Offense date: Oct. 2, 2026. Bond transferred from another case. Preliminary exam: Nov. 4 at 1 p.m.

Joben Nicholas Vergon, year of birth 2006, carrying a concealed weapon. Offense date: Oct. 9, 2026. Bail: $5,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Oct. 28 at 1 p.m.

Sergio Ramon Escamilla, year of birth 1993, three counts of first-degree retail fraud. Offense date: April 2, 2026. Bail: $10,000. The case was bound over to 51st Circuit Court. 

Manuel Joe Vega, year of birth 1986, a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Offense date: Oct. 8, 2026. Bail: $2,500/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Oct. 28 at 1 p.m. 

Deeann Gale Yatch, year of birth 1964, two counts of first-degree retail fraud. Offense date: Dec. 22, 2025. Bail: $5,000. The case was bound over to 51st Circuit Court.
