LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently on felony charges in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Knowles
Donald Scott Knowles, 55, breaking and entering a building with intent and larceny of firearms. Offense date: Nov. 25, 2025. Agency: Michigan State Police (MSP). Bail: $50,000/cash/surety. Preliminary exam: Aug. 26 at 1:30 p.m.
Lopez
Emanuel Lopez. 19, felony charges of using a computer to commit a crime and two counts of delivery/manufacture of marijuana and misdemeanor charges of cyberbullying and malicious use of telecommunications services. Offense date: July 29, 2026. Agency: Ludington Police Department (LPD). Bail: $10,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Aug. 26 at 1:30 p.m.
Graves
Haven Jade Graves, 37, assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder. Offense date: July 29, 2026. Agency: MSP. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR). Probable cause hearing: Aug. 19 at 1 p.m.

Travis Aaron Wade, 50, two counts of aggravated stalking. Offense date: Jan. 1, 2024. Agency: LPD. Bail: $5,000/PR. Preliminary exam: Sept. 16 at 1:30 p.m. Mugshot not available.
Rashad Raymon Branch, 52, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Offense date: July 15, 2026. Agency: MSP. Bail $5,000/PR. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 19 at 1 p.m.

Nathaniel Kaine Hooker, 43, two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and one misdemeanor count of domestic violence. Offense date: Aug. 4, 2026. Agency: Ludington Police Department (LPD). Bail: $1,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Aug. 26 at 1:30 p.m.
