LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently on felony or high-court misdemeanor charges in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Anaya

Jose Reyes Anaya, 46, felony of possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy. Offense date: July 19, 2026. Agency: Mason County Sheriff’s Office. (Bond and court date not listed.)

Andrews

William Paul Andrews, 51, felony of possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy. Offense date: April 14, 2026. Agency: Ludington Police Department (LPD). Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance. Probable cause conference: Aug. 26 at 1 p.m.

Hershfield

Cliff Ray Hershfield, 26, high-court misdemeanor of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct — victim 13-16 years old. Offense date: July 18, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $500/10 percent. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 26 at 1 p.m.

Rozga

Andrew Ronald-Gordon Rozga, 39, two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Offense date: July 17, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.
