LUDINGTON — Four people were arrested following a domestic disturbance early Sunday morning, July 12, according to the Ludington Police Department.
At 4:03 a.m., officers from the Ludington Police Department and deputies from the Mason County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the 600 block of North New William Street for a reported disturbance. Following an investigation, a 35-year-old Ludington man and a 54-year-old Ludington man were arrested for domestic assault, a 36-year-old Ludington woman was arrested on a probation violation, and a 38-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for reckless discharge of a firearm. All four were lodged in the Mason County Jail.

• 5:46 a.m., Mason County Sheriff’s Office: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Chauvez Road east of Brye Road, Riverton Township.
• 3:40 p.m., Mason County Sheriff’s Office: Two-vehicle crash with injuries, US 10 and Walhalla Road, Branch Township. A 23-year-old Ludington woman and her 28-year-old passenger, also of Ludington, suffered non-life-threatening injuries after the driver reportedly failed to yield and pulled into the path of an eastbound vehicle.
• 5:33 p.m., Mason County Sheriff’s Office: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Barothy Road east of Larson Road, Branch Township.
• 6:03 p.m., Mason County Sheriff’s Office: Two-vehicle crash with injury, US 10 west of Jebavy Drive, Pere Marquette Township. A 20-year-old Ludington man suffered non-life-threatening injuries after attempting a left turn into a private driveway and colliding with an eastbound vehicle.

• 10:10 p.m., Ludington Police Department: A 31-year-old Baldwin man was arrested for operating a vehicle without insurance following a traffic stop near Ludington Avenue and Gaylord Avenue. He was issued an appearance citation and released pending a hearing in Mason County’s 79th District Court.
• 10:50 p.m., Ludington Police Department: A 50-year-old Ludington woman was arrested on a probation violation following a call in the 600 block of Fifth Street. She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
