Gutschke
Allen Lee Gutschke, 54, third-offense operating while intoxicated and a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended. Offense date: June 12, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $500/10 percent. Preliminary exam: July 1 at 1:30 p.m.
Lifer
Amanda Nicole Lifer, 45, second-offense third-degree child abuse. Offense date: June 8, 2026. Agency: Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO). Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR). Probable cause hearing: June 24 at 1 p.m.
Popp
Richard Allen Popp, 66, third-offense operating while intoxicated. Offense date: June 9, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $1,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: July 1 at 1:30 p.m.
Tingay
Amanda Lynne Tingay, 52, larceny $1,000-$20,000. Offense date: April 17, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $5,000/PR. Preliminary exam: July 1 at 1:30 p.m.
Durham
Michael Mason Durham, 36, tampering with an electronic monitoring device (tether). Offense date: April 3, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $5,000/PR. Preliminary exam: June 24 at 1:30 p.m.
Lopez
Raquel Angela Lopez, 34, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and lying to a police officer. Offense date: June 4, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety. Preliminary exam: June 24 at 1:30 p.m.
Case
Donald Gene Case, 52, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and possession of a narcotic/cocaine less than 25 grams. Offense date: May 17, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety. Preliminary exam: June 19 at 11:30 a.m.
