James

Richard Lee James, 55, malicious destruction of property $1,000-$20,000. Offense date: Jan. 14, 2026. Agency: Michigan State Police (MSP). Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR). Probable cause hearing: June 17 at 1 p.m.

Orcutt

Tasha Lynn Orcutt, 44, organized retail crime. Offense date: Dec. 31, 2025. Agency: MSP. Bail: $5,000/PR. Probable cause conference: June 10 at 1 p.m.

Parrinello

Jeniffer Jill Parrinello, 45, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. Offense date: April 15, 2026. Agency: Ludington Police Department (LPD). In a second file, Parrinello is charged with another count of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Offense date: April 30, 2026. Agency: Mason County Sheriff’ Office (MCSO). Bound over to 51st Circuit Court. Pretrial: July 21 at 11:30 a.m. Bail amounts not listed in either file.

Shimel

Staci Shimel, 42, possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. Offense date: May 17, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $5,000/PR. Preliminary exam: June 5 at 1 p.m.

Stewart

Travis Richard Stewart, failure to pay child support — leaving the state. Offense date: Feb. 28, 2019. Agency: Michigan State Attorney General. Bail: $14,000/cash. Probable cause conference: July 1 at 1 p.m.

Hamilton

Alicia Raye Hamilton, 47, controlled substance possession — cocaine, heroin or another narcotic less than 25 grams. Offense date: Jan. 4, 2026. Agency: Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO). Bail: $1,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: June 17 at 1:30 p.m.

Klastow

Lindsey Paige Klastow, 42, a felony of assault with a dangerous weapon and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Offense date: June 1, 2026. Agency: Ludington Police Department (LPD). Bail: $500/10 percent. Preliminary exam: June 17 at 1:30 p.m.

Koudelka

Kristopher Dennis Koudelka, 51, felonies of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and controlled substance possession — cocaine, heroin or another narcotic less than 25 grams and misdemeanors of operating without insurance and driving while license suspended. Offense date: May 27, 2026. Agency: Michigan State Police (MSP). Bail: $250/10 percent. Preliminary exam: June 17 at 1:30 p.m.

Nicol

Kevin Nicol, 48, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Offense date: May 27, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR). Preliminary exam: June 17 at 1:30 p.m.

Wetherell

William Jay Wetherell, 55, a felony of delivery of marijuana to a minor and a misdemeanor of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Offense date: May 30, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $250/10 percent. Preliminary exam: June 17 at 1:30 p.m.

Williams

Arthur Patrick Williams, 57, third-offense operating while intoxicated. Offense date: May 21, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $750/10 percent. Probable cause hearing: June 10 at 1 pm.

Buck

Garrett Scott Buck, 34, assaulting a jail employee. Offense date: May 1, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $5,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: June 10 at 1:30 p.m.

Freshour

Kyle David Freshour, 31, a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of unlawful license plate. Offense date: May 21, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $10,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: June 10 at 1:30 p.m.

Gregory Shane Green, 55, a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of impaired driving. Offense date: May 23, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail amount not listed. Preliminary exam: June 10 at 1:30 p.m. Photo not available. 

Ries

Bryan Anthony Ries, 25, third-offense operating while intoxicated. Offense date: March 11, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $1,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: June 10 at 1:30 p.m.

Totten

Donnie Ray Totten III, 31, methamphetamine/ecstasy  possession. Offense date: March 1, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: June 10 at 1:30 p.m.

Verboam-Odekirk

Tia Lyn Verboam-Odekirk, a felony of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and a misdemeanor of fourth-degree child abuse. Offense date: May 22, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: June 10 at 1:30 p.m.
