Ludington Library to host AI panel discussion

LUDINGTON — Mason County District Library will host West Shore Community College faculty and staff for an introduction and panel discussion on artificial intelligence on Thursday, June 18, at 6 p.m. at the Ludington Library, 217 E. Ludington Ave.

The event will focus on the growing role of artificial intelligence in everyday life and will provide attendees an opportunity to learn more about how the technology works and how it may affect education, privacy, employment and the environment.

Library officials are encouraging the public to submit questions in advance to help guide the discussion. Suggested topics include how artificial intelligence functions, its influence on the future of education, and its broader social impacts.
