LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned on felony charges in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Harris
Destiny Marie Harris, 32, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession, possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams and fourth-degree child abuse. Offense date: Dec. 11, 2025. Agency: Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO). Bail: $5,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: May 27 at 1:30 p.m.
Kirk
Nikolas Timothy Kirk, 23, dangerous weapons, Offense date: May 8, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR). Preliminary exam: May 27 at 1:30 p.m.
Kline
Kyle James Kline, 36, two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and misdemeanor charges of impaired driving and open intoxicants in a vehicle. Offense date: April 26, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $1,500/10 percent. (New court date not listed.)
Weber
Nickolaus Charles Weber, 31, four counts of felony firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a weapon by prohibited person. Offense date: Oct. 16, 2025. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety. Preliminary exam: May 27 at 1:30 p.m.
Harper
Samuel Allen Harper, 25, assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. Offense date: April 23, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $500/10 percent. (New court date not listed.)
