HART — Mason County Central competed Friday in the fifth West Michigan Conference Rivers Division jamboree at Colonial Golf Course in Hart.
North Muskegon claimed team honors with a score of 167. Shelby’s Titan Carter earned medalist honors with a 1-over-par 37.
MCC was led by Lane Sterley and Colten Thwaites, who each carded rounds of 46. Cole VanderHaag added a 50 and Rocco Krysiak shot a 61.
Also competing for the Spartans were Gavin Griswold with a 70 and Lucas Montenegro with an 83.
Both VanderHaag and Thwaites recorded season-best scores for MCC.
The Spartans return to action Monday, May 18, at Shelby.
