LUDINGTON — The Ludington Orioles defeated the Ravenna Bulldogs 4-0 on Thursday, improving to 4-0 in conference play and 5-5-1 overall.
Hestyn Stowe and Grace Forfinski scored for Ludington, with Stowe recording a hat trick with three goals. Stowe, Forfinski and Delaney Jeruzal each added an assist as the Orioles outshot Ravenna 9-4.
Ludington also got a strong performance defensively. Cambria Britton earned the shutout in net, stopping all four Ravenna shots on goal.
The Orioles will travel to Caledonia on Saturday for a nonconference match.
