Employment: Parish Business Manager

St. Simon Parish in Ludington and St. Mary Parish in Custer are seeking a full-time business manager to oversee financial, administrative and operational functions in collaboration with the pastor and parish staff.

The position is 40 hours per week and includes responsibility for managing parish finances, overseeing office operations, maintaining accurate records and systems, coordinating communications, and assisting with stewardship and fundraising efforts.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and support the mission of the Catholic Church.
