Mason County Housing Repair Program Requests for Proposals

Mason County is requesting proposals for services related to its Housing Repair Program, which provides assistance to low- to moderate-income homeowners for housing repairs.

The County is seeking qualified providers for the following services:

1. Inspections
2. Cost estimation and bidding
3. Environmental reviews required to meet federal program requirements

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents are available online at:

Proposals must be submitted no later than 4 p.m. on April 24, 2026.
