Library to host seed bomb workshop for teens

LUDINGTON — Area teens are invited to celebrate spring with a hands-on activity at the Ludington library, 217 E. Ludington Ave., later this month.

The Mason County District Library Ludington Branch will host a do-it-yourself seed bomb workshop featuring native Michigan flowers on Tuesday, April 21, in the library’s multi-purpose room. The program begins at 3:30 p.m.

Participants will create seed bombs designed to promote pollinator-friendly plants while also enjoying a themed snack of “dirt cake.”

The event is part of the library’s ongoing teen programming and is open to students in grades 6-12. All Mason County District Library programs are free to attend.
