Mitts
Daniel Lee Mitts, 49, delivery/manufacture of marijuana with intent and possession of analogues. Offense date: March 19, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $10,000/personal recognizance (PR). Preliminary exam: April 8 at 1:30 p.m.
Walicki
Andrew Thomas Walicki, 37, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. Offense date: Dec. 11, 2025. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $5,000/10 percent. In a second file, Walicki is charged with another count of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Offense date: Aug. 17, 2025. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $5,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: April 8 at 1:30 p.m.
Ries
Bryan Anthony Ries, 24, third-offense operating while intoxicated. Offense date: March 11, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $1,000/10 percent. Probable cause hearing: April 8 at 1 p.m.

- Cameron Wayne Morton, 26, second-offense operating while intoxicated. Offense date: March 6, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $500/cash. Pretrial: April 6 at 10 a.m.
- Connor Robert Sayers, 18, operating with a blood alcohol content of .02-.07. Offense date: March 7, 2026. Agency: Ludington Police Department (LPD). Bail: PR. Plea/sentencing hearing: April 8 at 11:30 a.m.
- Timothy Lee Peters, 40, second-degree retail fraud. Offense date: Jan. 30, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $500/PR. Pretrial: April 20 at 10:20 a.m.
