Elkins

Volney Clark Elkins, 37, assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Offense date: March 5, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $250/10 percent. Preliminary exam: March 25 at 1:30 p.m.

Fick

Rodney James Fick, 73, a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated and a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended. Offense date: March 4, 2026. Agency: Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO). Bail: $25,000/cash/surety. Preliminary exam: March 25 at 1:30 p.m.

• Bradley John-Scott Belson, 30, operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC). Agency: LPD. Offense date: Feb. 8, 2026. Bail: $500/cash.
• Bernardino Gonzales, Jr., 76, operating with a high BAC. Offense date: Jan. 30, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $250/cash.
• Hunter David Murr, 21, operating while intoxicated. Offense date: Feb. 5, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $250/cash.
• Trenten Lee Ward, 21, operating while intoxicated. Offense date: Feb. 16, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $500/personal recognizance (PR).
• Kayla Lee Bussey, 35, domestic violence. Offense date: Feb. 21, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $500/PR.
• Phillip James Lind, 71, operating while intoxicated. Offense date: Feb. 18, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $250/cash.
• Devin Latrell Castonia, 31, domestic violence. Offense date: Jan. 1, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $500/PR.
• Aubri Navaeh Beemer, 23, assault and battery. Offense date: Nov. 8, 2025. Agency: LPD. Bail: $250/cash.
• Ethan Smith, 19, operating with a BAC of .02-.07. Offense date: Feb. 23, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $500/PR.
• Andrew Michael Craig, 23, operating while intoxicated. Offense date: Feb. 17, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $500/PR.
• Alice Marie Dillehay, 43, assault and battery. Offense date: Feb. 19, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $500/PR.
• Joshua John VerHoeven, 30, operating with a high BAC. Offense date: Feb. 10, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $250/10 percent.
• Sally Mariel VonSprecken, 43, operating with a high BAC. Offense date: June 28, 2025. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $500/PR.
• Reuben Christopher Ceja, 40, using a computer to commit a crime and stalking. Offense date: Oct. 1, 2025. Agency: LPD. Bail: $2,500/PR.
• Kevin Michael Loss, 32, operating while intoxicated. Offense date: Feb. 13, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $250/10 percent.
• Michael Scott Bruesch, 57, operating while intoxicated. Offense date: Feb. 18, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $250/10 percent.
