LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced Tuesday, March, 10, in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Libby
Cora Jean Libby, 57, pleaded guilty Jan. 13 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and and third-offense habitual offender was sentenced March 10 to one year in jail with credit for seven days served; three years probation; and $398 in fines and costs. She was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced March 10 to a current term of one year in jail with credit for 158 days served. Probation stems from a March 25, 2025 conviction of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and second-offense habitual offender. She was found guilty of probation violation in a second file and was sentenced March 10 to a concurrent term of one year in jail with credit for 160 days served in jail. Probation stems from an Aug. 27, 2024 conviction of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and second-offense habitual offender.
Griffiths
Anthony Adam Griffiths, 34, pleaded guilty Jan. 20 to a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of domestic violence and received delayed sentence March 10 of two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; 11 months community service; and $708 in fines and costs.
Granlund
Erin Nicole Granlund, 28, pleaded guilty Jan. 20 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced March 10 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; and $398 in fines and costs. One count of controlled substance possession — cocaine, heroin or another narcotic was dismissed.
