Jennifer Leigh Huber, 49, delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine. Offense date: Feb. 22, 2026. Agency: Ludington Police Department (LPD). Bail: $10,000/cash/surety. Preliminary exam: March 11 at 1:30 p.m.

Newman
Alexis Leeann Newman, 26, kidnapping — custodial interference. Offense date: Feb. 19, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $500/10 percent. Probable cause hearing: March 11 at 1 p.m.

Colton Clay Outcalt, 36, methamphetamine possession. Offense date: Jan. 15, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $500/10 percent. Preliminary exam: March 11 at 1:30 p.m.

- Dakota Jay Matzen, 20, disorderly conduct/disturbing the peace. Offense date: Jan. 25, 2026. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $500/PR. Plea/sentencing hearing: March 25 at 10:30 a.m.
- Ian Matthew Rushing, 22, third-degree retail fraud. Offense date: March 4, 2025. Agency: MCSO. Bail: $500/PR. Plea/sentencing hearing: March 25 at 10:30 a.m.
- Anthony Castillo, 41, fourth-degree child abuse. Offense date: Feb. 8, 2026. Agency: LPD. Bail: $500/PR. Pretrial: April 6 at 10:40 a.m.
