WHITEHALL — The Ludington Orioles defeated the Whitehall Vikings in West Michigan Conference Lakes Division play Monday, 84-59.
Ludington was hot from behind the 3 point line knocking down 12 3 pointers. Micah Spunar got things going early knocking down back to back 3s in the first quarter and Zac Graham finished it off making 3 of his 4 in the fourth quarter. Ludington held a 22-20 lead early in the second quarter and went on a 15-2 run to end the half to take a 37-22 halftime lead.
The Vikings were hurt by foul trouble in the first half as leading scorer Corde Anderson got two early fouls and spent the majority of the first half on the bench.
