LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced this week in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Jackson
– Harvey Darnell John Jackson, 29, pleaded no contest Oct. 28 to one count of assaulting a prison/jail employee and guilty to a second count of assaulting a prison/jail employee and one count of assault with a dangerous weapon and was sentenced Jan. 27 to one year in jail with credit for one year served; three years probation; and $794 in fines and costs. A second count of assault with a dangerous weapon was dismissed.
Lanning
– Tony Alan Lanning, 44, pleaded guilty Jan. 13 to possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy and was sentenced Jan. 27 to three months in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; and $398 in fines and costs.
Dowdell
– Climeal Larry-Joe Dowdell, 31, pleaded guilty Dec. 9 to possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and was sentenced Jan. 27 to 76 days in jail with credit for 76 days served; three years probation; and $598 in fines and costs. One misdemeanor count of driving while license suspended was dismissed.
Hernandez
– Dakota Allen Hernandez, 21, pleaded guilty Dec. 9 to possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy and was sentenced Jan. 27 to 56 days in jail with credit for 56 days served; two years probation; and $458 in fines and costs. One misdemeanor count of open intoxicants was dismissed.
Crowley
– Howard Crowley, 64, pleaded guilty Nov. 4 to possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and was sentenced Jan. 27 to four days in jail with credit for four days served; two years probation; and $398 in fines and costs.
