Shelby Public Schools is hiring a cook to work weekdays between 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Knowledge and experience in USDA Food Service programs
  • Knowledge and experience in food preparation, inventory, and food service
  • Proficiency in Meal Magic
  • Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills
  • Must possess patience, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Any other qualifications as deemed appropriate
