Larson
– Howard Mark Larson, 40, possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy, second-degree home invasion, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Offense date: Dec. 7, 2024. Agency: Michigan State Police (MSP). Probable cause conference: Jan. 7 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety.
Hines
– Terrell Laron Hines, 47, third-degree CSC and assault with intent to commit sexual penetration. Offense date: June 19, 2025. Agency: LPD. Probable cause conference: Jan. 7 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance.
– James Arthur Nash, 52, felonies of third-degree fleeing a police officer and two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and misdemeanors of malicious destruction of trees/shrubs/crops etc. and open intoxicants in a vehicle. Offense date: Dec. 7, 2025, Agency: MCSO. Preliminary exam: Dec. 26 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety.
Durham
– Michael Mason Durham, 35, delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine. Offense date: Nov. 29, 2025. Agency: LPD. Preliminary exam: Jan. 7 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Nead
– Austin Michael Nead, 29, tempering with an electronic monitoring device/tether. Offense date: Nov. 20, 2025. Agency: LPD. Preliminary exam: Dec. 26 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.
– Mandi Elena Best, 23, possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. Offense date: Oct. 18, 2025. Agency: LPD. Preliminary exam: Jan. 21 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance.
Castonia
– Lindsay Jean Castonia, 43, possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams and maintaining a drug house. Offense date: Sept. 28, 2025. Agency: Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO). Preliminary exam: Jan. 7 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
Harris
– Destiny Marie Harris, 31, possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy. Offense date: Aug. 16, 2025. Agency: MCSO. Preliminary exam: Dec. 26 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance.
Jobbins
– Michelle Jean Jobbins, 43, possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy. Offense date: Dec. 7, 2025. Agency: MCSO. Preliminary exam: Jan. 14 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $250/10 percent.
Johnson
– Landen Alexander Johnson, 26, felony of third-offense domestic violence and a misdemeanor of breaking and entering without owner’s consent. Offense date: Dec. 5, 2025. Agencies: MCSO and LPD. Preliminary exam: Dec. 26 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance.

Luft
– Taylor Meredith Luft, 31, delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine. Offense date: Nov. 25, 2025. Agency: LPD. Preliminary exam: Jan. 7 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance.
Whitehead
– Kelsey Joe Whitehead, 48, felony of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and misdemeanor of assault and battery. Offense date: Nov. 25, 2025. Agency: LPD. Preliminary exam: Dec. 17 and Whitehead failed to appear. Bail: $250/cash.
Misdemeanors
– Vincent Edward Williams, 60, second-offense operating with a high blood alcohol content. Offense date: Nov. 10, 2025. Agency: MSP. Settlement conference: Feb. 4 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $500/cash.
– Mark Rodney Sampson, 63, operating with a high blood alcohol content. Offense date: Nov. 15, 2025. Agency: LPD. Plea and sentencing hearing: Jan. 14 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash.
