Felonies

Walker
-Gadge Isaac Allen Walker, 20; two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct; date of offense: June 22, 2019; charged by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 12; preliminary hearing: Dec. 3; bail: $50,000/10 percent.

Knowles
-Donald Scott Knowles, 54; larceny between $1,000 to $20,000, receiving and concealing stolen property between $1,000 to $20,000, and receiving and concealing stolen property less than $200; date of offense: Sept. 1; charged by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 6; preliminary hearing: Nov. 26; bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Neve
-Shayne Michael Neve, 29; carrying a concealed weapon, malicious destruction of property between $200 to $1,000, assault and battery, and domestic violence; arrested Nov. 8 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 10; preliminary hearing: Nov. 26; bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Jansen
-Lindsey Marie Jansen, 32; embezzlement by an agent or trustee between $1,000 to $20,000; date of offense: June 20; charged by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 12; preliminary hearing: Dec. 3; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Seltzer
-Vincent Carl Seltzer, 58; possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a weapon without a hunting license, and driving while license suspended; arrested Nov. 5 by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT); arraigned Nov. 6; preliminary hearing: Nov. 26; bail: $500/10 percent.

-Robert Joseph Golazsewski, 58; aggravated assault; date of offense: June 18; charged by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 12; pretrial: Dec. 1; bail: $1,000 personal recognizance.
-Kayla Jean Johnson, 33; third-degree retail fraud; date of offense: Oct. 13; charged by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 6; pretrial: Dec. 1; bail: $300 cash.
-Briana Mae Noble, 20; operating while intoxicated; arrested Oct. 25 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 6; pretrial: Dec. 1; bail: $500 cash.
-Steven Merle Turner, 46; domestic violence; arrested Oct. 31 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 6; pretrial: Dec. 1; bail: $250 cash.
-Gail S. Salter, 63; operating a vehicle without a license on person; charged Oct. 26 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 6; pleaded guilty.
-Lance Michael Wheeler, 18; reckless driving; charged Oct. 24 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 6; pretrial: Dec. 1; bail: personal recognizance.
